Hi, I'm a first time mother and I want to be the best parent to my daughter. I work from home and I'm looking for a parenting class online. Is there such a program online? I found out from an article (http://www.parenting411.com/parenting-tips/what-are-the-common-topics-taught-in-parenting-classes.html) that we could enhance our parenting skills by going to parenting classes. I want would want to know how to handle her emotions or behavior when she grows older. In this way I can better understand her.

Welcome!

You have come to the right place :) Good for you for being proactive and wanting to make it great from the beginning!

We currently offer classes over the phone, and many of them also include a powerpoint presentation you look at while you're on the phone and the instructor is presenting.

We will be adding on-demand classes online as well, so you could take those at your convenience.

For now, though, I would HIGHLY recommend taking one of the teleclasses, specifically Connection Parenting (http://www.consciouslyparenting.com/classes/CP) for building your relationship with your daughter. We will have another section scheduled soon. Please let me know if you'd like to be notified when that is available.

Thanks!
Lianne

I just finished taking the Connection Parenting class and I am so glad I took it! It was really good, full of tons of information, and I ended up with a great group of parents in my particular class who I feel really connected to one another in a unique way. Great experience all the way around!

Are there still available Connection Parenting classes? I want to attend and if there is a fee for that?
